We use international carriers. Shipping costs are a fixed rate.

Delivery times

Because our prices are low, delivery takes 7-30 business days.

Order processing time

We process orders as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days.

Returns and refunds

You can get a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Some situations may qualify only for a partial refund if the item is damaged.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for the item until it reaches our address.

When we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company – it may take time to process. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@butikbutik.dk.

Sale items

Only full-price items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges and refunds
