Payment
You can pay with Visa, Dankort, MobilePay, Mastercard, or Viabill. We charge your card when we dispatch the order.
We keep prices very low, which means longer delivery times. Delivery time varies from product to product, but expect 7-30 business days for physical items.
Returns and refunds
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. There is a 2-year warranty for defective items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original, unopened packaging.

You must pay return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value items consider using a trackable service or shipping insurance. You are responsible for the item until it reaches our address.
When we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund is approved. We will then transfer the refund to your bank account. Allow up to 10 days for the funds to appear in your account.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account and contact your card provider (it may take time to process). If you still haven’t received the refund, contact us at info@butikbutik.dk.
Sale items
Only full-price items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only exchange unused items. To request an exchange email info@butikbutik.dk and send the item to the address above.
